Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mandal
ChairpersonWith over 25 years of experience in rural development and social work, Dr. Mandal leads DBRDS with a vision of creating self-reliant communities. He holds a PhD in Development Studies and has been instrumental in launching several successful community programs.
Mrs. Anita Dutta
Vice ChairpersonA passionate advocate for women's empowerment and education, Mrs. Dutta brings 20 years of grassroots experience. She specializes in designing livelihood programs and has helped train over 5,000 women in various skills.
Mr. Sukumar Roy
SecretaryAn accomplished administrator with expertise in NGO management and compliance. Mr. Roy ensures smooth operations and maintains strong relationships with government bodies and funding agencies. He has been with DBRDS since its inception in 2002.
Mrs. Pushpa Sharma
TreasurerA certified chartered accountant with a strong commitment to transparency and financial accountability. Mrs. Sharma oversees all financial operations, ensuring proper utilization of funds and maintaining detailed records for donors and stakeholders.
Dr. Manoj Biswas
Board MemberA healthcare professional dedicated to improving rural health services. Dr. Biswas oversees the 24/7 ambulance service and healthcare initiatives. His medical expertise has been crucial in establishing health camps and awareness programs.
Prof. Tapan Ghosh
Board MemberAn educator and researcher specializing in sustainable development. Prof. Ghosh provides strategic guidance on educational programs and ensures research-backed approaches in all DBRDS initiatives. He teaches at a local university while serving the organization.
